Your merchandise will be shipped via USPS within 3-4 business days after processing. However, UPSP is the carrier and they sometimes have shipping delays. Please be mindful your package may take longer depending on your location and USPS shipping schedules.


After your order has been processed, your order will be shipped within the next 3-4 business days. Your order will be shipped from New Jersey via USPS.


Please double check your shipping address, as we are not responsible for shipping to an incorrect address. If the incorrect address has been provided please contact us immediately.


Domestic Shipping ONLY- We currently do not ship out the U.S. However we can ship to a P.O BOX in the U.S.


Soul Bliss Essential does understand that things may happen, please reach out to us if you package has been damaged during the transition. We will not be responsible for lost/stolen packages once it is in the care USPS.


When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.


If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@soulblissessentials.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
